Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Implementation and configuration of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Benefits).

  • Requirements gathering and functional design of HR processes.

  • Oracle HCM Cloud parameterization according to customer needs.

  • Functional testing, post-implementation support, and incident resolution.

  • Functional documentation and training for key users.

  • Collaborative work with technical and business teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience as a functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Knowledge of at least two HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absences, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, etc.).

  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or rollout projects.

  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes.

  • Basic English.

  • Communication, analysis, and teamwork skills.
