
Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
Responsibilities
Implementation and configuration of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Benefits).
Requirements gathering and functional design of HR processes.
Oracle HCM Cloud parameterization according to customer needs.
Functional testing, post-implementation support, and incident resolution.
Functional documentation and training for key users.
Collaborative work with technical and business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience as a functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Knowledge of at least two HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absences, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, etc.).
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or rollout projects.
Knowledge of Human Resources processes.
Basic English.
Communication, analysis, and teamwork skills.
The following will be valued
Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience in migration from PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, or other systems to Oracle Cloud.
