Job objective:

Support the management of technological infrastructure, technical support, and IT-related project development to optimize internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and configuration of Odoo, Oracle, and other ERP systems.

• Collaborate in the development, maintenance, and optimization of corporate websites.

• Provide technical support in the implementation of business software and management tools.

• Participate in technological infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

• Document processes, incidents, and solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Student of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, and software.

• Proficiency in Office software.
